Sign Up

Select your preferred subscription plan and sign up on our website. After signing up, you’ll receive a link to a form where you can share details like your fitness goals, dietary preferences, medical history, your lifestyle and any other important information.

Coach Connection

Within 24 hours of submitting your form, I will contact you to schedule an audio or video call. During this consultation, I will take the time to learn about your lifestyle, preferences, and specific goals to create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan just for you.

Personalized Plan

After the consultation, I will create a tailored fitness and nutrition plan designed to meet your goals and fit your unique needs. You’ll receive your customized plan, including workout routines, meal plans, and any additional recommendations to help you on your path to better health.

Check-ins

Your journey begins with your personalised plan, and it continues with twice a week check-ins in first month and then weekly check-ins! Every week, I will review your progress, address any challenges, and offer continued support and motivation. These check-ins help keep you on track and ensure you stay focused on reaching your goals within your set timeline.

Adjustments and Support

I will guide you every step of the way, making adjustments to your plan based on your progress, feedback, and changing needs. Whether you need help refining your workout, adjusting your meal plan, or overcoming obstacles, I am here to offer the support and advice you need to succeed.
